Maintenance

To reduce the risk of machine downtime and maximize the service life and value of your machine, we recommend an annual inspection, optionally as part of a preventative maintenance contract. We perform:
  • Machine geometry control and setup
  • Assessment of the guide systems, wiper replacement
  • Inspection of the lubrication and pressure system with filter and media replacement
  • Testing the drive trains
  • Functional and safety tests
  • Electrical testing according to DIN VDE 0113/EN60204

Relocation, commissioning

If you have purchased a KEKEISEN machine or are relocating, our KEKEISEN experts will support you with the relocation and recommissioning. Depending on the scope of the order, we offer:
