Geometry testing, diagnosis

To check and improve the accuracy and condition of your machine, we offer various measures and checks, of course with appropriate documentation:

  • Machine geometry inspection and setup
  • Measurement of position, straightness, and perpendicularity using a laser interferometer
  • Circularity test using circularity measuring device
  • Dynamic adjustment of machine axes
  • Axial error, sag, and angular error compensation
  • Compensation of looseness, friction, and reversal peaks
  • Tool pull-in force measurement
  • Belt tension measurements
  • Electrical measurements

Overhauls

After a professional overhaul by our specialists, your KEKEISEN machine will be as good as new. With the shortest possible downtime, its original performance and precision will be restored. Of course, the overhaul is backed by a warranty and a final inspection acc. to protocol.
